Our client, a top manufacturer of quality piping and plumbing solutions in Kenya, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role requires expertise in both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and market analysis. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, production, and external partners to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
ATL & BTL Marketing Initiatives
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Sales & Market Support
Budgeting & Performance Tracking
Supervise, mentor, coach and appraise staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing strategies.

Proficiency in SEO, social media, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Experience in branding, advertising, and public relations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in HDPE piping, construction, or industrial products.
