Application Support Engineer

The job is responsible for keeping all customer-facing systems running smoothly 24 / 7

by responding to alerts and, at times, actively monitoring the applications and

systems.

W hat you'll be getting up to :

• Participate in incident triage and post-mortem reviews and document any findings.
• Proactively identify any potential issues to production.
• Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail through the ticketing system.
• Follow and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other processes to support the applications.
• Automate Test for Web / Mobile Application
• Helping troubleshoot issues with project team, BAs, Users & Developers
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software

development lifecycle
