Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist customers with online order placement and guide sellers in choosing the best premium packages for their business success.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training :
- Pitch and onboard targeted sellers to open accounts on Uluzon, effectively presenting the platform's benefits and sales potential.
- Train sellers / vendors on account management, SKU creation, order fulfillment, statement reconciliation, and logistics processes.
- Advise sellers on optimal product placement and sponsorship to boost on-page visibility and drive sales.
Account Management
- Support sellers in maintaining their accounts, tracking order fulfillment, and maximizing revenue.
- Offer ongoing training to enhance sellers' knowledge of Uluzon's tools and features for online selling success.
- Work with sellers to achieve monthly sales and KPI targets.
Customer Assistance
- Help customers place orders on the platform, providing exceptional support to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist sellers in selecting premium business packages tailored to their goals, maximizing their growth potential.
Sales Optimization
- Utilize sales analytics to boost account performance, providing insights and recommendations to sellers for increased revenue.
- Develop strategies to improve sellers' success on the platform and drive engagement.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of online selling platforms, SKUs, logistics, and fulfillment processes. Analytical skills to track performance and improve seller engagement and revenue.
